As we are preparing to head back to school in September, one of the things I like families to know is the overarching learning points we are working on targeting. What is your child learning in music? Here is a simple chart outlining their learning. Thank you Jessie Powell @musicandmotive for this gorgeous chart!

PARTS: Auditions are complete and student parts have gone out just before spring break. Please ask your child what part they have. Everyone has a part whether it is part of the villager chorus or a solo or small speaking part. Some students did not receive the parts they wanted and the decisions were made with the Grade 4/5 team based on our musical needs and the student's audition performance. Our main lead character is Jordan and congratulations to Harsehajdeep and Curran on your amazing auditions!
